Grapes: Sauvignon Blanc, Grechetto, Sémillon, Traminer and Riesling
The grapes are harvested manually by returning to the same vineyard several times in relation to the state of the grapes. The bunches are lightly pressed and then the must is fermented. The wine obtained, still sweet, was transferred to French oak barrels where it matures for about 6 months before continuing to refine in steel for a further 2 years.
The Muffato della Sala 2018 has a bright golden yellow color. The nose is striking for hints of dried fruit, candied fruit and notes of saffron. On the palate it is sweet, balanced by a pleasant and decisive freshness. Excellent aging potential.
