The Bruciato has the usual intense ruby red colour.
Notes of small ripe red fruits, sweet spices and tobacco stand out on the nose.
On the palate it is well structured, enveloping and with a pleasant fruity aftertaste that gives it a pleasant drinkability and persistence.
At the table it finds the best pairings with first courses with meat and game sauce, roasted and grilled red meats, stewed meats and game.
