Hidden in the mysterious Etruscan caves beneath the Decugnano hill, there is this fine wine produced in extremely limited quantities.
Created by Claudio Barbi in 1978 as a tribute to his Brescian roots, this wine was initially produced with procanico and verdello grapes. Over the years it has been transformed into something even more special, using Chardonnay and Pinot Noir and extending the period of aging on the lees to almost 4 years. The process is completely artisanal.
