At sight it presents an intense ruby red almost impenetrable.
On the nose it expresses itself with an intense fruity bouquet with slightly spicy notes.
On the palate it is warm, soft and elegant. Good final persistence and fruity return.
The Astratto Rosso is recommended to accompany first courses of land, such as a good lasagna, roast beef and in general grilled meat and mature cheeses.
