Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Deep ruby red in color with purple reflections, it has aromas of red fruits, currant, raspberry and blueberry combined with spicy notes that open in the glass to balsamic sensations. The taste is intense and elegant, you can feel the spicy typicality of Cabernet which evolves into a slight hint of paprika. A smooth and polished tannin gives a very persistent soft and silky finish that leaves room for a delicate vanilla tone.
Suitable for second courses of grilled or braised meat; also excellent with hard and slow maturing cheeses. It will accompany you surprisingly well even after dinner in front of the fireplace.
