A vine that has its roots in the clayey and tuffaceous soils of the Bardano hill since ancient times. Harvested late by hand in small crates, a structured, mineral, pleasantly soft wine is obtained which ages 6 months in French oak barrels and rests at least 6 months in the bottle.
Complex aroma, ripe fruit, mineral and toasted notes accompanied by a slight spiciness.
