Eptesio, 7th in the Etruscan language, is the 7th wine produced at the castle by the 7th generation of the marquises. The bunches are harvested by hand in the vineyards of the Montegiove Estate.
Wine obtained from Cabernet Sauvignon and Sgarantino grapes, aged in new barriques and tonneaux for 12 months, followed by a period of 13 months in barrels and a long refinement in the bottle.
