This purebred red, obtained from Cabernet Sauvignon (50%) and Merlot (50%) grapes harvested and selected by hand, is first vinified in steel and then aged in Allier barriques for 12 months and in the bottle for at least 24 months.

The color is shiny red with shades tending towards brick.

On the nose it offers intense aromas of berries and spices with a background of sweet tobacco.

The palate is medium, savory and precise.

The tannic structure, evolved and elegant, contrasts with the fruit and the good degree of acidity, creating a balance of balsamic flavors with a long and persistent finish.
